Great when the app actually works

Ive been a longtime user of Harvest and was ecstatic when I was able to switch over from FreshBooks. Unfortunately, the desktop application hasnt been functioning at all for me recently, which is kind of important when I need to track the hours I spend as a developer. The app always has a status indicator at the bottom saying "Network Offline" which is fairly frustrating. On the off chance that Im able to start a timer, chances are I wont be able to stop it without signing into the website and manually stopping it.

Im giving a 1-star rating until this app is usable again.
